RETURNS

Every 8-BIT HAULER shirt is printed to order, so please check the size chart before you buy.

Custom SCORE shirts are final sale. A custom number is printed for you alone and cannot be resold, so these are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

Registered shirts (0001-0111) may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery, provided the shirt is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Your number stays yours: an exchange reprints the same number in the new size.

DEFECTS AND MISPRINTS

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it at no cost to you, including shipping.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email trashoutdotbiz@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, mail it by USPS to:

Please send returns by USPS. Our mailing address is a PO Box, and UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
