AGREEMENT

These terms apply to your use of this store and to every order you place. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. This store is operated by TrashOut.Biz, LLC, PO Box 2153, Fayetteville, NC 28302-2153.

WHO CAN ORDER

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We try to display colors and artwork accurately, but your screen may render them differently. Shirts are printed to order, and small variations in print placement are normal.

REGISTERED NUMBERS

Registered shirts carry a number from a limited series. Each number in the series is printed once and is recorded to the buyer. A number is not transferable, carries no cash value, and does not grant ownership of any artwork, trademark or other intellectual property. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the number returns to the series and may be issued to someone else. Custom numbers are printed to the buyer's specification and are not registered or reserved.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We may refuse or cancel any order, including one that appears fraudulent, that exceeds a series limit, or that contains an error in price or description. If we cancel a paid order we will refund it in full. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our shipping policy and our return and refund policy are part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, designs, logos, video and written content on this store are owned by TrashOut.Biz, LLC. Buying a shirt does not give you a license to reproduce, resell or redistribute the artwork in any form.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use this store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The store and its products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrashOut.Biz, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
